Responsibilities
- Lead and execute special projects prioritized by the CEO and Chief of Staff/Head of Development
- Set project scope, conduct research, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and problem-solve directly with the CEO
- Serve as the primary resource when leadership asks “should we consider X?”
- Work on challenging problems and find creative solutions
- Collaborate on strategic partnerships, investor relations, and financing
- Rapidly gain expertise in new domains as projects emerge
- Work across functions with cross-functional colleagues based on high-impact priorities
- Execute hands-on work to get jobs done, not just provide recommendations
- Function as a collaborative team member in the Office of the CEO
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of work experience
- Experience in management consulting and at a fast-growing startup is preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate at a high strategic level while maintaining detailed execution
- Natural excitement for solving complex problems without obvious solutions
- Ability to produce extremely high-quality and accurate work outputs
