Why this role?
As a Solutions Architect focusing on Public Sector, you will play a significant role in growing the company’s government business with a high degree of autonomy in technical pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Important: Security Clearance is required for this position.
You will develop a deep understanding of customer problems, map them to solutions, and work closely with partners as the trusted technical advisor who owns the technical relationship with stakeholders. Your expertise will help increase adoption of AI products in the public sector, and you’ll gather valuable insights from customers to help shape future product development.
Responsibilities
This dynamic role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation:
- Lead technical discussions on customer calls
- Perform deep dives on customer problems and AI technology solutions
- Design novel enterprise solutions using cutting-edge NLP technology
- Facilitate customer evaluations and proof of concepts
- Develop and document processes to enable the solutions architect team to scale effectively
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs
- Work closely with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customers
- Build customer Proof of Concepts that demonstrate business value
- Translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams
- Provide guidance on best practices and identify platform improvements
- Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations
Qualifications
- Must have: Security Clearance
- 5+ years of public sector customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect (or similar) experience
- 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions
- Passion for Generative AI, with understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLMs and AI technologies
- Comfort working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
- Excellent communication skills – able to present to executives and whiteboard with technical audiences
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Ability to identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters
- Experience with networking (firewalls, DNS, cert management, etc.)
- Familiarity with authentication protocols/frameworks (SAML, OAuth, etc.)
