About The Role
As an Integration Support Specialist, you’ll play a meaningful role in ensuring the delivery of a seamless, reliable healthcare experience. Your day-to-day is…
- Full ownership of monitoring and maintaining system integrations and data pipelines
- Collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance
- Building and fostering relationships with both technical teams and stakeholders to maintain open communication around system health
- Diagnosing and resolving integration errors, API failures, and system disruptions in real time
- Analyzing logs, detecting anomalies, and proactively resolving issues before they become problems
- Improving integration efficiency through optimization and automation of workflows
- Ensuring all processes meet compliance and security standards while maintaining clear documentation

Compensation
Remote Hourly Pay Range: $25.51 – $34.69 USD
