About the Role
This role will drive expansion into office and multifamily real estate, focusing on signing multi-site agreements with property owners, developers, and operators. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract close — and be instrumental in increasing the company’s building footprint in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a regional territory and secure new property partnerships.
- Close deals with top-tier office and residential groups, including large portfolios and individual owners.
- Maintain a pipeline of 50+ active deals using CRM and outbound strategies.
- Lead the full sales process: outreach, proposals, site coordination, negotiations, and handoff to operations.
- Meet monthly and quarterly square footage and building count goals.
- Share competitive intel and insights on landlord needs and regional trends.

Key Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate business development, leasing, or proptech
- Proven ability to close partnerships with property owners, asset managers, and developers
- Familiarity with office and multifamily markets in New York, Chicago, LA, or San Francisco
- Skilled in negotiating long-term access or partnership agreements
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of results in growth environments
Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months)
- Build a qualified pipeline of 100+ buildings
- Close 15–25 partnership agreements within 6–9 months
- Land 1–2 portfolio-level deals
- Meet activity benchmarks (e.g., outreach volume, meetings booked)
- Provide feedback to improve pitch materials and partner onboarding
