About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Marketing & Engagement Manager to drive strategic engagement with clinical sales partners, connecting them to our client’s platform capabilities, data insights, and clinician tools. This role is critical in shaping the go-to-market strategy for healthcare professional audiences, ensuring solutions resonate with their needs to foster strong relationships that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be a solution-focused, action-oriented team player with a deep understanding of clinical workflows, digital health technologies, and audience-centric marketing strategies. They will work cross-functionally with sales/marketing, product, and data teams to align engagement efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for partner sales teams, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives
- Provide insights, enablement, tools and resources to drive engagement and conversion
- Develop and execute engagement programs that deepen relationships and drive adoption of the platform
- Gather and synthesize feedback from clinical audiences and partners to inform product development and marketing strategies
Clinical Audience Engagement & Strategic Positioning
- Translate complex product and data capabilities into compelling value propositions for clinical professionals
- Design and implement marketing strategies that connect clinicians to platform features
- Develop strategy for educational content, events, and campaigns tailored to clinical stakeholders
- Drive awareness and adoption of new features through targeted outreach and engagement campaigns
Business Growth and Audience Strategy
- Develop both short- and long-term business growth plans prioritizing clinical audience engagement
- Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence for strategic planning
- Identify and segment clinical audiences to tailor marketing approaches for increased engagement
- Define KPIs and measure impact, continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies and future growth opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in clinical marketing, engagement strategy, healthcare product marketing, or related field
- Deep understanding of the clinical landscape, healthcare marketing best practices, and sales enablement strategies
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, digital health solutions, and healthcare data ecosystems
- Proven ability to develop and execute B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams to drive business growth
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives for clinical audiences
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure engagement effectiveness and adjust strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthtech, digital health, or SaaS company
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.)
- Background in clinical practice, healthcare consulting, or medical communications
- Technical skills including fluency with Salesforce, Looker or Tableau, and project management systems
- Core competencies include adaptability, organization, detail-orientation and time management
- Some domestic travel required
Compensation
Salary Range by Location:
- Tennessee office location: $91,000 – $145,000
